I’m Nina, a picture book illustrator and online educator with over 20 years of experience. I’ve been lucky enough to have taught more than 64,000 students worldwide, and I’m passionate about sharing my love for picture book illustration with you.

Whether you’re new to illustration or have some experience, I offer courses in picture book illustration, animal character design, and watercolour. Do I Need to Know How to Draw?

One of the biggest myths I encounter is that you have to be ‘born’ an artist or be inherently talented. I started teaching online in 2016 to challenge that misconception. 

Talent is one thing, but what’s even more important is consistency in your art practice. Regularly showing up for your art will help you build confidence and discover your unique artistic voice.
